Spring Update
Hi there friends! It's been a while since we updated everyone on what is happening in the lives of Father's Daughter. With winter nearly behind us and spring just around the corner, our family is looking forward to a number of upcoming events.
Our Dad is still faithfully serving our country in Ottawa and loving it more and more each day. Some of you may know that, when he is in Ottawa, Dad plays piano for a quartet of collegues called the MP5 ("an improvement on the MP3"). This group of MPs recently performed a little southern gospel music at the National Arts Center. They sang the popular Gaither tune, "The Rumor Mill", an appropriate choice for life in politics :)
As for us daughters, Rachel is busily working, Emily is excited to finally graduate with her B.A. in April, and Sonja - well, Sonja is busily planning her wedding. Yes, our beautiful sister is engaged to Jared Hindmarsh and we are thrilled to (finally) have our first brother-in-law. A summer wedding is in the works. We are also excited for the release of our new album in early summer.
